Working at MC Earthmoving is grouse, you are a part of a big supportive family and you get to learn and see so much, I bloody love it! 

I have been lucky enough to work with MCE for roughly 4 years, I came from a completely different industry, it was a big scary change that I do not regret! I have really been supported and guided in my new career path, I really enjoy coming to work and operating different machines, I haven’t made it to the 785’s yet but that’s a goal!

I started with MC Earthmoving about 6-7 years ago, I had very little experience and I am super proud of myself from going from operating little artics to now operating large rigids I am one of the very few that operate the 785’s. One of the things I enjoy most about my job is the people I work with and the great work life balance I get at MC Earthmoving. Also there is never a day that goes by that I am not cracking up with laughter, we are a good team.

I started as a labourer 15 years ago I am now a Supervisor.  I have developed confidence amongst many other skills throughout my career with MC Earthmoving, I love the job satisfaction I get , seeing something built from start to finish to a high standard, knowing its going to be there for a long time, its great to look back on!
