Objectives
The Nexus Industrial Estate in Dandenong South spans approximately 180 hectares of prime industrial-zoned land adjacent to the Western Port Highway and the rail corridor connecting with the Port of Melbourne. MC Earthmoving has been the principal contractor at Nexus Estate since its development began in 2013. During this time, we have been responsible for constructing large industrial site pads, drainage, roads, pathways, wetlands, and other critical infrastructure, pivotal in shaping the estate into a premier industrial destination.
Major milestones include the excavation and construction of a Melbourne Water retarding basin, with excavated material repurposed for future building pads. Wetlands final trimming, internal balance pipes installation, and rockwork in siltation ponds demonstrate our commitment to delivering sustainable and high-quality outcomes.
